Please be sure to notify SCDA Member Benefits Group in writing of any changes that could affect your malpractice insurance coverage such as: hiring a new dentist to work in the practice, a dentist leaving the practice, reduction in hours worked per month, additional locations, or if a dentist is filling in at your practice while you are on vacation or for any other reason for an extended amount of time.

As of June 1, 2008, SCDA Member Benefits Group is the agent of record with SC Patients’ Compensation Fund (SC PCF) for malpractice insurance policies through SC PCF if the dentist(s) already has/have SCDA Member Benefits Group as the agent of record for their SC JUA malpractice insurance coverage.

Please make your check for your malpractice insurance policy through the SC Patients’ Compensation Fund payable to SC PCF & mail the payment to PO. Box 210738, Columbia, SC 29221-0738 on or before the expiration date of the current policy period.
