1. First screen: Enter email address of the person taking the exam and then hit start
  2. Second Screen: Create a password which will be needed to take the exam so please write it down and hit start
  3. Third Screen Enter the first & last name, email of the person taking the exam, check yes if you have read the study guide, enter the last 4 digits on Soc Sec #, enter the dentist’s name, check yes if worked 3 months, or check no if moving to SC from another state moving from, enter the name of the state moving from. Click Start
  4. Pay $60.00 continue
  5. Do not log into Paypal *Pay with a credit or debit card. ENTER
  6. Complete information for the name on the Credit or debit card only. ENTER
  7. Un-check the box “Save this information with a paypal account”
  8. Enter security Challenge (code they give you). Continue
  9. Again Do not login, Continue without logging in
  10. If you continue any further you will be logging into the exam with your email address and your password you created.
  11. Clear or delete your cookies.
  12. Possibly try another browser.
  13. Try another device.
  14. Maybe firewall issues on your computer or security issues with your bank card/financial institution.
